How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Do you feel like something needs to shift, but you're not sure what or how?

What are the benefits of seeing a life coach?

Coaching gives you space to think clearly without pressure, judgment, or noise from other people’s opinions.

Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Sometimes it’s big stuff (career change, life purpose, identity). Sometimes it’s the smaller day-to-day things (decision fatigue, lack of motivation, burnout) that quietly build up over time.

How much are your coaching sessions?

  • 90-minute session (£100 | €110 | $125)
    Ideal for unpicking what’s in your way, weighing up pros and cons before making a decision, or pressing reset for a fresh start.

  • 6 x hourly sessions (£480 | €565 | $670)
    Perfect if you want to shift your thinking in the immediate future - for example, after redundancy or while navigating a big change.

  • 10 x hourly sessions (£700 | €825 | $950)
    Best if you want to go deeper - exploring what’s working, what to let go of, and what no longer serves you.

What if I only want a reset or taster?

Yes! and it can be a powerful place to start. This focused 90-minute session is designed to help you work through a specific challenge, gain clarity on a decision, or untangle whatever’s been keeping you stuck, without needing to commit to ongoing coaching. It’s ideal if:

  • You’re weighing up a job offer, relocation, or change in direction

  • You’ve been made redundant and feel uncertain about what’s next

  • You’re considering a big life shift but feel tangled in doubt

  • You simply need a space to think clearly and get back on track

We’ll peel back the layers, uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, and map out some next steps that feel right for you.

While not everything can be solved in one session, many people find these 90 minutes surprisingly transformative - a reset button when life feels blurry.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on your goals. Some people book a one-off session for clarity, but in most cases, I recommend starting with at least 6 sessions to really get under the surface and build momentum.

If you want to go deeper, exploring different paths and giving yourself time to reflect, let go, and reimagine then 10 sessions usually works best. This is where the real shifts happen.

We’ll agree a rhythm that suits your life - some start weekly, others spread sessions out over time. You’ll always have space to pause, reflect, and adapt as we go.


Where do sessions take place?

All coaching is via Zoom so you can join from anywhere in the world.


How is coaching different from counselling or therapy?

If you’re wondering whether coaching is the right route for you, it can help to understand how it compares to counselling and therapy.

It’s a common question, especially in midlife when you may be wondering whether what you’re experiencing needs therapy, or whether you simply need more clarity, purpose, and direction.

Here’s a simple way to think about it:

  • Coaching helps you take positive action and move forward. It’s future-focused and rooted in values, momentum, and decision-making.

  • Counselling helps you cope with day-to-day struggles and often explores the past.

  • Therapy focuses more deeply on emotional healing and mental health.

If at any point I feel you’d benefit more from counselling or therapy, I’ll always be honest and guide you toward the right support.
