What are the benefits of seeing a life coach?

Most people don't come to coaching because they need more information. They arrive because they've been going round in circles with the same thoughts for weeks, months, or sometimes years.

Talking things through with friends and family can be helpful, but the people closest to us often have their own opinions, assumptions, and ideas about what we should do.

How much are your coaching sessions?

  • 90 minute coaching chat (£120 | €140 | $160)
    Ideal if you're weighing up pros and cons before facing a big decision, questioning what's next, want space to untangle what's really going on, feeling stuck or wanting to press reset for a fresh start.

  • 6 x hourly sessions (£480 | €565 | $670)
    For people who want focused support around a particular challenge, decision, transition, or period of uncertainty. Enough time to gain clarity, take action, and build momentum.

  • 10 x hourly sessions (£700 | €825 | $950)
    For people who want to go deeper. Ideal if you're questioning your direction, exploring what gives your life purpose, navigating a significant life or career transition, rebuilding confidence, or creating meaningful change over time.

Payment Options for 6x or 10x session coaching blocks:

Pay in full before the first session or pay in two instalments: 50% upfront then 50% halfway through the coaching block.

Note: the 90 minute coaching chat is paid in full when booked.

Absolutely. And it can be a powerful place to start. This focused 90-minute coaching chat is ideal if you're facing a decision, feeling stuck, questioning what's next, or simply need space to think clearly. It's particularly useful if:

  • You've been made redundant and feel uncertain about what's next

You don't need to arrive with a clear goal. Together, we'll untangle what's going on, explore your options, identify what matters most, and work out some practical next steps.

How many sessions will I need?

How many sessions will I need? It depends on what you're looking for. Some people book a 90 minute coaching chat because they have a specific decision to make, want to untangle something that's been on their mind, or simply need space to think clearly.

If you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or looking for more clarity, confidence and direction, I usually recommend starting with 6 sessions. This gives us time to explore what's going on, build momentum, and begin putting things into action.

If you're looking for deeper exploration, longer-term support, or you're questioning bigger themes such as purpose, identity, career direction or what comes next, then 10 sessions is often the better fit.

We'll agree a rhythm that works for you. Some people start weekly to build momentum, while others prefer more time between sessions to reflect and take action.


Where do sessions take place?

All coaching is via Zoom so you can join from anywhere in the world.


How is coaching different from counselling or therapy?

If you’re wondering whether coaching is the right route for you, it can help to understand how it compares to counselling and therapy.

It’s a common question, especially in midlife when you may be wondering whether what you’re experiencing needs therapy, or whether you simply need more clarity, purpose, and direction.

Here’s a simple way to think about it:

  • Coaching helps you take positive action and move forward. It’s future-focused and rooted in values, momentum, and decision-making.

  • Counselling helps you cope with day-to-day struggles and often explores the past.

  • Therapy focuses more deeply on emotional healing and mental health.

If at any point I feel you’d benefit more from counselling or therapy, I’ll always be honest and guide you toward the right support.
