How do I know if I need a life coach?

You feel lost or can’t find a way to change your outlook on life, but you know you need to change. You have lost focus on what you want. You have no clue as to how to achieve the vision or goal you keep talking about. You need a career change or want to pivot from your current role, perhaps talk through ideas for starting your own business. You need someone to help keep you accountable. You tend to give up on yourself when your motivation is slowing. You need clarity to help manage your stress and stop you from burning out. Change your patterns of behaviour to break habits such as procrastinating so that you can move forward and live the life you want. Needing support in making big life decisions. Help you answer what the hell am I doing with my life.


What are the benefits of seeing a life coach?

As you talk to me about your aspirations or goals I will ask you exploratory questions to help you figure out what key areas of your life you want to get clarity on. My clients don’t just see me for the big topics, it can sometimes be the smaller topics that need ironing out which in turn help to alter the bigger changes too.

You will notice improvements in self confidence and self esteem, lowered stress levels and lighter in your self, as well as more energy. Your goals will be achieved as you will feel accountable to your ideas and thoughts that you share. You will feel motivated and be energised to complete the projects you have set yourself. Work out how to address the obstacles you might be facing.


What happens after our discovery call?

Let’s assume you want to work with me. Book your first session and make your payment by bank transfer. I’ll then email you a Zoom link for our first session. Remember: choose a time of day when you are unlikely to be distracted or interrupted.


Can I just have a one-off session with you?

It depends on the reason, but I offer a 90 minute session to give you time to dig a bit deeper and explore your thoughts in more detail. Remember - Rome wasn’t built in a day! Therefore not everything can be worked out in one session. Clients often find that when they start talking, its like peeling an onion - there are many layers (reasons) as to why we put obstacles in front of us, or reasons why we have strayed from the path we set out on.


How many sessions will I need?

From experience it takes a minimum of 4 sessions to really start to get beneath everything and to feel you are making progress.

Some goals have a hard deadline, others take on an organic process and therefore I work with you for a minimum of 6x sessions or as long as you need.

I tend to see clients weekly for the first 3 weeks and then twice a month thereafter. However, the regularity of the sessions can change because life can get in the way, or, you might find you want a break whilst you are working on what we have talked about.

6 sessions £450/€515*

8 sessions £525/€605*

10 sessions £675/€775*

Where do sessions take place?

Via Zoom.


Is coaching different to counselling or therapy?

Coaching helps you take positive action, focusing on setting and achieving goals. Coaches tend to stay in the present and help you move forward.

Counselling gives you tools to help you cope better day to day, you will analyse and look back at your past.

Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing as well as looking back at your past.

If I feel you would be more suited to therapy or counselling, I’ll be transparent and honest with you and tell you if this is the case.
